Ok, I know it’s not YOUR birthday, but the founder of Seussisms was born on this fine day back in 1904!

The life-cycle at each community is full of celebrations!

You nurture and develop your residents, prospective residents and even team members through the many stages of apartment living/management! There are oftentimes little steps leading up to (and through) each important milestone… the move-in, the first emergency, the first NSF, first “break-up” (notice), first neighborhood event…

Your personal input each day influences the overall outcome through the many stages of maturity leading hopefully to long-term residents & employees. Be YOU!

So, even if you are not part of a brand new community celebrating its first year… your residents & team members celebrate birth-days and anniversaries with you all year long!

Pull out the streamers and balloons and celebrate with your residents and team members like it’s their birthday!
